Here’s a great photo of me teaching a dad and his girls about dry dock operations with a scale model. I love getting the chance to volunteer with the West Sound STEM program, whether at the Kitsap Mall or the many, many school events. The look of excitement that passes over a kid’s face as the concept “clicks” makes all the time and effort worthwhile.
