I believe in transparency. I don’t hide information and I share everything. The only exceptions are legal requirements or private information an individual or your organization doesn’t feel comfortable sharing. I hold everyone on the Leadership Daily team to this same standard.
Confidential Information
So what’s confidential information mean and how do we treat it?
One: If you film an episode with me or a co-host and tell us to cut something during our filming session, we’ll cut it.
Two: If me or my team are consulting for your organization, you have the option to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). The same goes for speaking engagements, courses, certification programs, and coaching. In the NDA, we will agree on how and what can be shared with others.
Advertising and Compensation
I also believe in transparency with advertising and compensation. It’s important to know why and what influences the actions of others. How can we trust them if we don’t know their motives?
My first and primary objective is to provide a space for people passionate about leadership to share tools, information, and stories that impact, inform, and inspire others. I geek out on this stuff. I’ve spent decades of my life focused on it, experienced difficulty, struggle, and pain to learn it, and spent well over a hundred thousand dollars to learn as much as possible.
So how does Leadership Daily make money?
Affiliates and Advertising
First and foremost, we only seek out people and products that have provided value. Here’s the question I ask. Have I used this product or service and has it made life easier, faster, better, or more enjoyable? Okay, I feel comfortable sharing that product or service with an affiliate link.
You will see recommendations in written articles that may include a link to purchase the product, or if talking about a specific affiliation, we will include any specific referral terms on the same page.

The Leadership Daily Podcast is a project born out of passion. We do it because we love it.
For organizations and individuals who are looking to reach the next level in their leadership journey, we offer ways to engage that include consulting, speaking engagements, certification programs, and coaching.
These aren’t for everyone and we are highly selective on who we will work with. Not everyone and not every team is a fit for every product.
We may not feel that speaking at your organization or event is a good fit for either you or us and may suggest someone we see as a better fit. If you apply for one of our consulting, certification, or coaching programs, we may suggest a different product offering depending on your application.
